Schedule
This is our preliminary schedule. It has two level, we will post further information about the evening parties. The last lesson on Saturday afternoon is open to participants from each niveau. Depending on the degree of experience of the participants, teachers will introduce into the subject and then show their special moves. After that fun lesson we planned another fun part often referred to as a “taxi dance”. In a “taxi dance you choose one dance instructor, most likely you have to wait in a line, then you pay one Euro for the mutual dance to one song and after that, if you like, you can continue waiting in the next line for another or the same teacher again. The so collected charity money will be donated to a project of the Alliance for Child Protection. Usually this is an easy way to grab a dance with the famous Balboa teachers, without having the pressure to ask them much about it. And the teachers enjoy this way, since it is also kind of a fun game for them, and by that doing something good.
Dies ist unser vorläufiger Zeitplan für den Workshop. Er beinhaltet 2 Level. Weitere Informationen folgen in den kommenden Tagen. Die letzte Stunde am Samstag nachmittag ist offen für Teilnehmer aller Niveaus. Die Lehrer können hier ihre Spezial-Moves aus anderen Swing Tänzen zeigen und somit ein wenig für Abwechslung innerhalb der Balboa Tage sorgen. Dies sorgt zudem für ein bißchen “Durchmischung” der der verschiedenen Niveaus. So sind wir für den Tanz am Abend bereits mit vielen Tanzpartnern bekannt. Nach dieser Abwechslung planen wir eine kleines Spiel namens “Taxi dance”. Dabei bekommt jeder Teilnehmer die Möglichkeit mit einem Tanzlehrer seiner Wahl zu einem Lied zu tanzen. Jeder Tanz “kostet” einen Euro, das gesammelte Gelt wird dann für wohltätige Zwecke an ein Projekt des Deutschen Kinderschutzbundes Dresden gespendet. Diese Spiel ist auch unter Tanzlehrern sehr beliebt – Spaß beim Tanzen haben, und dabei gleichzeitig Gutes tun.

Changes of the schedule might still be possible. But they would be minor. We currently plan the workshop with 9 hours for the lessons and from that perhaps one lesson for Shag, Boogie and Blues.
Notwendige Änderungen des Zeitplanes werden nicht zu groß. Aktuell planen wir den Workshop mit 9 Stunden Unterricht wovon rund 8 Stunden Balboa sind und eine Stunde zur Abwechslung Blues, Shag oder Boogie sein werden.
